Life Media offers video and audio production services through the Technology Services Resource Group at Resources for Life. Some of the videos produced by Life Media are available through Resources for Life TV.

Our video projects have included: class reunion videos, a local Sorority promotional piece, theatrical presentations, memorial videos, and speeches from visitors to Iowa City such as Russ Feingold.

Some of our videos we have produced are quite unique. We developed a brief documentary about Amma, the "Hugging Saint." We were one of the few media groups in North America permitted to video tape in her presence.

We produced a short memorial video honoring Mark Bingham that was broadcast on television in northern California. Mark helped stop a plane on 911 that was believed to be on it's way to the White House. He died in the process. We were contacted by a friend to produce a memorial tribute for friends and family.

Much has changed in the world of video production over the past few years. Many of our older projects were produced for VHS video tape. Our early DVD projects were produced using software that has now been greatly improved. So, we are reproducing all our videos from the original digital recordings and hope to have them available online soon for viewing on your computer or video iPod. We also plan to offer our videos in DVD format either for purchase (at cost) or for checkout from our library.
