Highly efficient 2.4 watt floor lighting (at left) is installed throughout the home. Floor lighting turns on automatically when the available natural room lighting is inadequate.
Strategically placed skylights and windows provide more than enough light during the day.
Outdoor evening lights produce the equivalent of over 300 watts of bright white perimeter light with as little as 15 watts per bulb (3 lights total).
AIR HANDLING
Central air and heat provides excellent temperature control. Ceiling fans in every room provide extra air flow. Large windows and three screen doors allow plenty of fresh air.
