Exercise and Workout Mixes - High Intensity Cardio

These selections are techno, trance, and hypnotic songs that are 125 beats per minute to over 140 beats per minute (starting with the slower songs first). These are ideal for a high intensity cardio workout. When resistance and/or incline are set properly, stepping at 125 to 140 beats per minute should produce a heart rate of 125 to 140 beats per minute which is within the target zone for most people. WARNING: This workout can result in a heart rate that may be hazardous to your health. Consult with your healthcare practitioner to determine your safe exercise heart-rate.
