Local Election in North Carolina has 100% Voter Turnout

The local election for the community of Spencer Mountain, North Carolina had 100% voter turnout as all two residents, a husband and wife, Chase and Alice White, both turned out to vote. Chase was elected as Mayor. Alice was elected to City Council. In his acceptance speech, Chase thanked his campaign manager and his many supporters, “It was a tough election and we worked hard for this victory.”
