There are over 20 hours of video uploaded to YouTube every minute. As a result, YouTube analyzes over 100 years of video daily (more than 876,000 hours) and compares them to over a millions of videos and songs in their database. Rights owners have pre-defined policies, such as, inserting advertising to capture revenue from posted content.
