Summary. Microsoft is offering a free upgrade to Outlook Live for all Hotmail users. Those wishing to perform the quick one-click upgrade can look for the “Free Upgrade” button (shown at right) when logged into their Hotmail account. Clicking on this will present the new user interface as shown below. Included features are Mail, People (contacts), Calendar, and SkyDrive.
