Review. This printer has some great functions and features. The lifetime 24/7 support is a great advantage. We had an opportunity to take a look at this printer (at Staples) and despite the great customer ratings and features, it seems like this printer is made with fairly light weight (flimsy) plastic components. So, care should be used by those who purchase this printer. (29 December 2012).
